Eligibility Criteria for STIs Jobs 2021.

      Qualification

The qualification of teacher also mentioned in the notice: 

At the primary school level, matric is necessary for the second division.

For the elementary school level, intermediate is necessary for a teacher.

For secondary and higher secondary school level BA / BSc/BS is necessary.

Primary Matric (2nd Division)

Elementary: Inter (2nd Division)

Secondary & Higher Secondary: BA/B.Sc./BS (2nd Division)

       Age

Age shall be determined according to the secondary or matric school certificate. There is no age relaxation which is mentioned in the notice. The minimum age limit is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 50 years for all primary, elementary, and secondary, and higher secondary school teachers.

Territorial eligibility:

Candidates resident of the same neighborhood/ village/ panchayat/ where school exists are only eligible to apply for school interns.

Stipend/Salary:

The salary of each candidate should be taking place strictly through the bank accounts of selected candidates. salary will be paid according to the attendance:

Primary:18000 per month

Elementary:20000 per month

Secondry:25000 per month

Higher Secondary: 30000 per month

  Timeline for STIs Jobs 2021

     Advertisement: 1st July 2021

The school education department is responsible to give the advertisement phase-wise in national newspapers and social media.

Application Submission Date:15th July 2021

 All the candidates will apply through the online teacher recruitment system in the desired school before the closing date.

Pre-Interview Merit List:19th July 2021

The orts system will generate the school-specific interview list and merit lists of the candidate.

Interview:20th July to 3rd August 2021

The final list of all candidates also uploads on the website and ORTS system. The ORTS will automatically generate the final list and successful candidate list.

The  Final Merit List of school teacher interns:23rd July to 4th August 2021

the school council of each school issue the internship letter to successful candidates. the headteacher updates the acceptance status.

Internship Letter: 5th August to 11th August

Tenure of Internship:

One education year a complete session or till the final of regular contract appointment, whichever is earlier mentioned. if there is a new vacant saturation occurs or Internee resigns or is not willing to join, the next candidate on the merit list shall be allowed to serve as school teacher Internee for the left period on the contract with the criteria.

Terms of Internship:

All the placement is not permanent these are temporary and stop-gap arrangement, which can be canceled anytime by the Selection Committee of the school due to unsatisfactory performance.

 

Joining Period:

 

The STI has to ensure the acceptance of internship letter to school within seven days,

Leave:

There are Two casual leaves in a month  (without salary) are given to STI.

No Right of Regular Placement:

Placement shall not have any  right of permanent,  The interns shall be entitled to only one chance and the contract should not be extended at any cost.

Transfer:

The placement shall be nontransferable and school-specific only.

Placement through bogus documents:

If any candidates at any stage feel discovered that the placement on the base of fake documents and verification the successful candidate consider eligible. And the candidates shall be responsible to refund all amount which he receives from the government of Pakistan. Other actions also are taken according to law.
